Job DescriptionEvaluate business opportunities and develop and adapt strategy accordingly. Ensure pricing is optimized in line with business requirements. Provide training to ensure the sales and service region have the correct knowledge to sell and support the products. Provide sales support for special applications, large projects, seminars, and exhibitions. Monitor O.E.M projects and quotations and assess performance against projects that involve the products within the territory.
Work with the company resources where the product will be sourced. Perform other duties and responsibilities as necessary or as required by the Region. Domestic and international travel required up to 30%. Telecommuting permitted up to 40%.
- Must have a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Mechatronics Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or a related field and 36 months of experience in the job offered or a Business Development Manager‑related occupation.
- Working in a manufacturing environment.
- Experience achieving year over year sales growth.
- Ability to conduct competitor analysis to identify new clients and opportunities to grow business.
- Developing presentations for customers.
- MS Office suite and ERP systems.
- Comprehensive knowledge of products sold and serviced by the organization including the application of those products.
