Key Projects / Work streams- Menu and menu asset proofing in accordance with brand standards, FDA requirements, and applicable state and local menu labeling regulations
- Ingredient composition audits and menu item analyses related to federal and state regulatory requirements; synthesize findings into clear, cross-functional resources
- Prepare samples in an on-site test kitchen environment for lab analysis
- Review and processing of supplier documentation and support of nutrition and allergen information for new and existing products
- Maintenance and coordination of nutrition and allergen information across internal and guest-facing resources
- Bachelor's or Master's degree
- Strong organizational, analytical, and attention-to-detail skills, with demonstrated experience in data entry
- Effective time management skills
- Ability to quickly learn new systems, processes, and subject matter
- Self-directed with the ability to work independently
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Microsoft Teams
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Nutrition and allergen management, consumer-facing asset review, or related work is a plus
- Knowledge of FDA food regulations and menu labeling requirements is a plus
- Experience using nutrition analysis software (e.g., Nutrition ix
