Responsibilities

Client Interaction :
Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person.

Information Dissemination :
Provide accurate information regarding insurance policies, coverage, and claims processes.

Issue Resolution :
Address client issues and concerns, escalating to the appropriate department when necessary.

Documentation :
Accurately document all client interactions and maintain up-to-date customer records.

Policy Adjustments :
Assist clients with policy modifications based on their evolving needs and circumstances.

Feedback Gathering :
Solicit and compile client feedback to enhance service delivery and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

Experience :
Previous experience in customer service, preferably within the insurance industry.

Communication Skills :
Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential.

Problem-solving :
Ability to resolve customer queries efficiently and effectively.

Customer Focused :
Demonstrated commitment to exceptional customer service.

Organizational Skills :
Strong ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.

Technical Skills :
Proficiency with basic computer applications and familiarity with insurance software is an advantage.
