Pacific Oaks is seeking a motivated admissions support professional for a temporary 3-month contract (October–December) at our Pasadena campus. The role focuses on rapid-response outreach to prospective students who have inquired about programs, serving as the friendly first point of contact and scheduling admissions appointments.
You will perform high-volume outreach by phone, email, and text, document activity in Salesforce and Campus Vue, and help move inquiries toward admissions counseling.
