The Impact of a Reliability Data AnalystAs an RDA, you'll gain experience in programs like Mechanical Integrity, Risk-Based Inspection, Reliability Centered Maintenance, and more. You'll develop project leadership and technical skills, contributing to innovative research and industry advancements.
YourJob Responsibilities
- Solve complex problems using data and best engineering practices.
- Gather and analyze data to recommend reliability strategies.
- Evaluate failure risks across various assets and facilities.
- Participate in customer meetings for project updates and validation.
- Create career plans for progression into project management or technical leadership.
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering with 3+ years in industry or 5+ years of relevant experience without degree.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to learn technical documentation.
- Effective communication skills and detail orientation.
- Willingness to relocate or travel up to 50%.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- Experience with IDMS/CMMS systems and relevant certifications like API or PMP.
This role does not have direct reports but may lead teams as you advance.
