OBJECTIVE:
Team Members are the initial contact between guests and Kids Empire. They are responsible for ensuring guest satisfaction and addressing any questions or comments that guests may have while present at Kids Empire. Team Members work with families and peers throughout the park to ensure guests have an excellent and safe time.

• Attending customers as quickly as possible, greeting them, and making them feel comfortable in the park ambiance.
• Operating the check-in process by having guests sign the liability waiver and collect guest information (address, name, email, phone) using an iPad.
• Operating the front cash counter, handling transactions accurately, and providing exact change if payment is by cash.
• Processing billing transactions by verifying the amount displayed on the POS.
• Organizing the refrigerator with drinks, snacks, chips, and ice cream.
• Checking snack inventory and communicating with management to reorder snacks from specified vendors to replenish stock.
• Walking the floor to monitor safety hazards and ensure guests follow park rules and guidelines.
• Cleaning restrooms and sanitizing park structures (tables, chairs, playground structures).
• Assisting and participating in family events and ensuring events operate efficiently.
• Other duties assigned.

• Stand, walk, bend, and twist constantly.
• Frequent bilateral hand movements and good finger dexterity.
• Must be able to work in noisy environments created by guests, such as children yelling and music.
• Must be able to tolerate a hectic and busy work environment during scheduled hours.
• Must be comfortable with heights and tight spaces.
