- Epic experience.
- Knowledge of medical terminology.

- Support patient access activities including scheduling, pre-registration, referrals, authorizations, financial clearance, and patient registration.
- Verify insurance eligibility, benefits, TPL, Medi-Cal/Medicare, and Workers Compensation.
- Determine patient responsibility, provide estimates, and collect co-pays/deductibles.
- Provide excellent customer service and maintain accurate patient information.
