We're looking for a Bi-lingual HR Generalist to join a growing, well-established manufacturing company just outside of Pasadena, Texas.
In this position, the HR Generalist will support the Human Resource function, and ensure accuracy and efficiency in their dynamic, multicultural work environment.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES- Will be a liaison between the company and employees
- Will assist in problem resolution, training, and performance review along with other Human Resource functions
- Assist in recruiting, hiring, and onboarding of new talent
- Help administer company policy and procedures
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or related field.
- 5+ years of HR Generalist experience in a manufacturing setting
- HRIS experience, proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Bi-lingual (Spanish)
- Strong communication, analytical, and multitasking skills with the ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment
