A company is looking for a Broker Success Associate to enhance the business insurance experience for customers.
Responsibilities- Provide support over email, phone, and chat to brokers and policyholders, focusing on customer experience
- Innovate solutions to customer problems
- Assist brokers with the quoting, binding, and endorsement processes while navigating the online experience
- Combination of education and / or work experience relevant to the role
- 1+ years of insurance experience preferred, but training is available
- P&C license or CPCU designation is a plus, but not required
- Experience in a fast-paced, customer-focused role
- Process-driven with a reliance on data and analytics for success evaluation and improvements
