Position: Senior Claims Lead - Large-Loss Settlements (Hybrid)

Progressive is seeking a claims specialist to handle large-loss injury claims valued over $60k. You will investigate complex cases and consult with police, medical professionals, claimants, and others to determine coverage, liability, and claim value.

This is a hybrid role requiring about four days per month in-office for meetings, training, and collaboration, with the option to be in-office more often if desired. Progression through ongoing coaching is provided to support your development.
