In-House Attorney - Corporate Counsel; Litigation

About the Role

We are seeking an exceptional litigator and counselor to join our legal team at our Madison, WI campus. The role will help Epic navigate legal risks as the company expands into rapidly changing markets. You will manage litigation and regulatory matters and counsel Epic on competitive strategy. Your responsibilities will grow with your skill set.

• Manage litigation and regulatory matters for Epic.
• Provide counsel on evolving competitive landscapes.
• Lead settlement negotiations and oral arguments.

• 3–7 years of experience drafting motions and briefs, conducting oral arguments, leading settlement negotiations, and trial work.
• Strong academic and professional background.
• Excellent attention to detail, creative mindset, and strong communication, writing, and analytic skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time.
• COVID‑19 vaccination status may be required.
