A company is looking for a Law Clerk to join their Corporate Legal Department.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct legal research on corporate, health care, employment, and contract law matters
- Review, analyze, and summarize contracts and other legal documents
- Assist with organizing and maintaining electronic legal files and databases
- Currently enrolled in law school with a preference for students completing their 2L year in Spring 2026
- Completion of at least one contracts course
- Working knowledge of core contract principles
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Outlook; experience with Excel and PowerPoint is a plus
- Self-motivated, reliable, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
