CA licensed attorney with 2-5 years experience in one or more of the following areas:
- General IP-related Litigation and Counsel
- Patent Litigation
- Copyright Litigation
- Trade Secrets
- General Business Litigation
- PLUS Commercial and employment Litigation experience is a plus
