This role oversees all day‑to‑day branch activities, from staffing and customer service to rental coordination and budget management. • Oversee all branch operations and rental activities
• Hire, lead, and develop branch staff
• Coordinate equipment repairs, maintenance, and make‑ready processes
• Manage the full rental cycle—from the customer's initial call to delivery, pickup, and preparation for the next rental
• Handle branch invoicing, budgeting, administrative, and clerical functions
• Represent Mustang Cat in a professional manner within the branch and out in the field

  • College degree preferred; equivalent work experience will be considered
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in the heavy equipment industry
  • Minimum 3 years in the equipment rental industry
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Advanced computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to work independently in a high‑volume, fast‑paced environment
  • Highly organized, self‑motivated, and customer‑service oriented
  Strongly Preferred
  • Experience managing a rental branch or equipment rental operation
  • Bilingual English/Spanish
