Overview

As Director of the Pest Control Division of CSI, this role oversees all sales activities within the division, collaborates with internal stakeholders to implement sales programs that promote CSI PCO products, and directly interfaces with key customers and channel partners to drive sales and increase the profitability of the division. An excellent PCO Director is an influential manager with the ability to lead, empower and motivate, having great communication skills and a holistic, data‑informed approach in managing sales team.

Additionally, this role plays a key role in new product development and the improvement of existing products by serving as the voice of the customer and directing efforts toward delivering solutions for customer needs.

Key Accountabilities & Responsibilities
  • Creates, implements, and executes the business plan for the Pest Control Division.
  • Collaborates with marketing and business intelligence to strategically price products to maximize profitability and market share.
  • Reviews and analyzes divisional sales and market records and reports; uses data to forecast sales, determine profitability and targets, and to identify potential new customers.
  • Works together with sales and marketing leadership team members to develop programs and promotions to increase sales and/or introduce new products.
  • Calculates and maps profit margins for each SKU to maximize profit to achieve/exceed workplan goals.
  • Collaborates with marketing on all tradeshow activities, events, and special programs.
  • Aligns with the customer service team for efficient order entry and channel partner satisfaction.
  • Collaborates with executive leadership to develop, refine, and improve go to market strategy.
  • Maintains knowledge of market, competition, and best practices and trends in sales techniques and strategies.
  • Supports in resolving customer complaints, coordinates with various stakeholders to ensure resolution is reached.
  • Participates in meetings, training sessions, trade shows, conferences, webinars, and professional development opportunities corporately and with existing customer base.
  • Identifies opportunities for improvement in the division; implements training, strategies, policies, goals, and other resources to maximize productivity.
  • Schedules and directs regular divisional sales meetings and events to share information, set and revise goals, and to increase morale.
  • Reviews ongoing territory reports via  to include daily activities, competitor information, and customer interaction.
  • Additional duties as required.
Experience & Skills
  • BS/BA (preferably) in Entomology, Marketing or Business Administration.
  • Ability to travel (up to 70% of the time).
  • Reliable transportation with clean driving record.
  • Knowledge of advertising and sales promotion techniques.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent sales and customer service skills, with proven negotiation skills.
  • Excellent math skills to draft and implement budgets and conduct data analysis.
  • Excellent supervisory and leadership skills.
  • Thorough understanding of company’s products and/or services, and those of immediate competitors in the surrounding market.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, Power

    BI, and Salesforce.
  • Ability to make effective decisions that benefit the organization and work toward goals, strategies, and policies.
  • Highly motivated self‑starter who can work autonomously and as a part of a team in a fast‑paced, changing environment.
  • High level of initiative, creative thinking, decision making, and problem resolution skills.
  • Inherent ability to influence with outstanding communication and interpersonal skills to gain trust.
