Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage the execution of affordability strategies and performance at the health plan level
- Provide fiscal oversight for affordability programs, ensuring alignment with financial objectives
- Develop multi-year affordability roadmaps and operating plans to achieve cost savings targets
- Bachelor's degree required
- 10+ years of progressive experience in a relevant field
- 5+ years of experience in people leadership, including direct supervision and mentoring
- Expertise in cost improvement methodologies, such as Business Process Management or Six Sigma
- Master's degree preferred
