Production Engineer

Our client is seeking a Production Engineer to oversee daily production operations, optimize plant performance, and support continuous improvement projects.
Key Responsibilities- Monitor and improve production processes for chemical treatment and regeneration.
- Partner with shift supervisors and operators to resolve technical and operational issues.
- Analyze process and lab data to identify trends, troubleshoot problems, and enhance efficiency.
- Lead or support special projects, trials, and capital improvement initiatives.
- Collaborate with Maintenance, HSE, and Production teams to ensure safety and reliability.
- Contribute to process documentation, quality plans, and standard operating procedures.
- Calculate and report material balances and utility usage.
- Train and mentor plant personnel, including operators and interns.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Chemical preferred).
- 7+ years of experience in chemical manufacturing, petrochemical, or refining operations.
- Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and technical writing skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Inventory Management System (IMS); ISO 9001 experience a plus.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
