ResponsibilitiesInput data, maintaining equipment, collaborating with other departments, and adhering to safety procedures, such as the plants Principles of Process & Behavioral Safety.
Perform quality testing:
Conduct routine and non‑routine analytical testing on raw materials, intermediates, and finished products to ensure quality specifications are met.Data and system management:
Accurately input test results into laboratory information management systems (LIMS) and SAP. Manage quality control programs, which may include statistical process control (SPC).Equipment maintenance:
Maintain and troubleshoot laboratory equipment to ensure accuracy and reliability.Other duties as assigned.
Education:
High school diploma or equivalent (associate or bachelor’s degree preferred).Certifications/ Licenses:
Driver’s license and TWIC card required.Experience:
5+ years of experience in a refining, petrochemical, or manufacturing environment.Applicants must be legally authorized to work for any employer in the United States. Austin is unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment visa for this position.
