The Site Administrator/ Logistics Coordinator position is responsible for creating schedule for trucking, distributing, and recording work orders. This position is in the Pasadena area.
Responsibilities- Responsible for all preparation, organization and closeouts for the production process.
- Generate various documents and production essentials to create an efficient and thorough process.
- Maintain material movements, transfer orders, and all transactions for the production warehouses.
- Daily collection and entry of production data into designated report or system program.
- Ensure production compliance as well as guaranteeing warehouse postings are current.
- External communication with trucks.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Proficiency in Excel, MS Word, Dynamics AX and demonstrated ability to quickly obtain additional skills as needed.
- Knowledge of D365 or other ERP systems.
- Attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to produce quality work within deadlines.
- Self-starter with a strong work ethic and willingness to take initiative and be proactive.
