INEOS Styrolution is hiring a Compounding Operator in Pasadena, TX, to safely operate the ASA plant section and produce polymer that meets internal specs. You will work in a team of operators, perform safe work permits, and support safety and quality goals with a strong emphasis on housekeeping and incident reporting.
You will ensure compliance with site safety rules, operate equipment, take samples for lab analysis, and participate in drills, training, and continuous improvement activities.
