Salary Range: $45,000.00 To $50,000.00 Annually

Position Summary:

We are currently searching for a creative, analytical and motivated Marketing Manager with a high level of integrity to join the team. The primary purpose of this role is to support the store’s marketing initiatives and increase brand recognition to increase sales and service revenue. This role will involve collaboration with our in-house videographer and various graphic design teams. While high-quality production is not the primary responsibility, your ability to brainstorm and create engaging content will be key to our marketing success.

Essential Duties include but are not limited to:

• Content Creation
  :
  Generate fresh and engaging social media content across platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Tik Tok, and You Tube.
• Video Production
  :
  Collaborate with our in-house videographer to create compelling video content for social media and the dealership website.
• Collaboration
  :
  Work closely with management, sales & service team, and digital providers to develop website and advertising content.
• Analytics Utilization
  :
  Regularly monitor website and social media to ensure optimal performance, identify improvement opportunities, and make suggestions for strategy adjustments.
• Branding:Align marketing strategies and community initiatives to enhance dealership visibility.
• Event Coordination
  :
  Schedule and manage all events, organizing and promoting them effectively.
• CRM/Email Management
  :
  Create new employee logins for CRM & other related platforms, in addition to issuing email accounts for all new employees promptly and accurately.
• Other Duties May Be Assigned

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

• Possesses a creative mindset with a passion for generating engaging social media content
• Ability to grow social media audiences and increase engagement organically.
• Ability to anticipate trends and apply them quickly in a dealership context.
• Ability to align social media strategy with dealership sales, service, and event goals.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently under pressure.
• Ability to engage others and maintain a teamwork atmosphere
• Ability to network and communicate with a large diverse group of unfamiliar people

Qualifications :

• High School Diploma, College Education is Preferred in field relative to Marketing
• Previous experience in website and social media management
• Analytics-oriented;
  Google Ads and Google Analytics certification preferred (must obtain within 60 days of employment if you do not have valid certification at the start of employment)

Employment Requirements:

• Must have Valid driver’s license and good driving record
• Must pass Pre Employment Process which includes background check and drug screening
• Must have reliable transportation
• Must be able to work some evenings and Saturdays for scheduled events
