We are seeking an experienced Wound Care Nurse licensed in Texas for the full-time position of Wound Care Nurse. This position requires you to use your car to drive to patient locations and SNF and Home Health company headquarters.

Job Summary: This position is a patient care and facility relationship role. As a mobile provider, candidate must demonstrate ability to work independently and productively while representing our company.

The wound care nurse works in the product and service line Woundlocal and provides patient care performing conservative care and skin sweeps on patients with existing referral partners.

• Provide patient care as part of the Woundlocal program, including conservative wound care and skin sweeps.
• Travel to patient locations, SNFs, and Home Health company headquarters.
• Represent the company professionally with referral partners and external stakeholders.
• Document care activities accurately using a computer system.
• Coordinate with team members to ensure timely follow-up and continuity of care.

• Minimum 4 years of experience as a Wound Care Nurse
• No current or pending malpractice lawsuits
• Active state license in good standing
• Availability for 40 hours per week

Salary: $35.00 per hour + $0.40 per mile
