As an inpatient rehab Licensed Practical Nurse/ Licensed Vocational Nurse at HCA Healthcare, you will help patients regain strength, mobility, and independence after illness, injury or extended hospital stays. With average stays of two to three weeks, you build meaningful relationships and witness the difference your care makes.
Your Responsibilities Will Include- Administering medications and treatments, monitoring responses and reporting changes promptly.
- Assisting with mobility, transfers and ADLs to support therapy goals.
- Monitoring vital signs and neurological status.
- Documenting progress and functional ability for care planning and coordination.
- Educating patients and families about recovery milestones, safety and self‑care techniques.
- Working closely with nurses, therapists and physicians to deliver personalized, high‑quality care.
- Basic Cardiac Life Support certification within 30 days of employment start.
- LPN or LVN licensed practical or vocational nurse.
- Vocational school graduate.
