Overview

Pediatrix Neonatology of Houston, an affiliate of Pediatrix Medical Group, is seeking an outstanding Neonatal Nurse Practitioner (NNP) to join our practice at HCA Houston Healthcare Southeast Hospital, located in Pasadena, TX, a thriving suburb of Houston.

Responsibilities
  • 14 bed Level III Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) with an average daily census of 8-10 babies
  • Over 2,500 deliveries per year; 300 NICU admissions per year
  • Positive and collaborative environment facilitated by supportive relationships between physicians and APRNs
  • 24/7 NNP coverage with a neonatologist on‑call at night
  • Flexible 24‑ or 48‑hour shifts that support work‑life balance
  • Multidisciplinary team approach in managing clinical care, with leadership, policy development, mentoring, education, and quality improvement opportunities
  • Strong APRN‑led Leadership Team
  • Tuition Reimbursement Assistance Program for new grads who start within the first 12 months of graduation
  • Sign‑on bonus and relocation assistance
