Requirements:
High School diploma with 4+ years lab experience or Bachelor’s in biological sciences with 1+ year industry experience; proficiency in molecular biology techniques, laboratory safety, and data analysis; familiarity with automation tools and AI in research preferred.
High Value: molecular biology workflows, antibody discovery, work in fast-paced biotech environment, fully onsite in Pasadena, with potential for occasional weekend/evening work.
Stakeholder collaboration within research teams; adherence to safety and SOPs.
