Expo​/Food Runner

Star Leaf is a renowned restaurant with over two decades of expertise operating successful dining establishments across Asia. With a robust portfolio of 40+ full-service restaurants in China, specializing in Southeast Asian cuisine, Star Leaf is now venturing into the United States, bringing its culinary excellence to Pasadena, marking its inaugural US location. As part of its expansion strategy, the Group is planning to diversify by introducing a fast-casual eatery to its already impressive portfolio.

We are looking for an Expo/Food Runner to join our team at Star Leaf - Asian Cuisine in Pasadena, CA. As an Expo/Food Runner, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our dishes are delivered to our guests in a timely and efficient manner, while maintaining the high quality standards that Star Leaf is known for.

• Ensure all orders are accurately prepared and delivered to the correct table
• Assist in maintaining cleanliness and organization in the kitchen and dining area
• Communicate effectively with kitchen staff and servers to ensure smooth food delivery
• Assist in restocking and replenishing inventory as needed
• Adhere to all food safety and sanitation guidelines

• Prior experience in a similar role preferred
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and remain calm under pressure
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Food handler's card or willingness to obtain one
