Carl's Jr. in Pasadena is looking for a Shift Leader to assist the Restaurant Manager with daily operations and to guide the Crew Members toward executing the restaurant's business plan. You will help ensure guests receive outstanding service while maintaining quality, cleanliness, and efficiency.
Responsibilities include staff training, supervision, and managing labor costs. Must be 18+, have a high school diploma, and be able to work flexible hours. Food handler certification is required.
