We’re seeking an Assistant Manager to join our team, offering an enticing starting rate of $21.50 per hour
, plus a $1 per hour premium for those late-night superhero shifts!
As an Assistant Manager
, you’ll be the leader when the Store Manager is away, helping ensure profitable store sales growth and an extraordinary guest experience.
- Operational Excellence: ensure the store runs smoothly, manage the team to deliver exceptional guest experiences, and maintain merchandise in-stock.
- Team Dynamo: recruit candidates, lead training programs, and provide guidance and support to your team.
- Financial Navigator: monitor revenue and expenses and guide the store’s financial performance.
- Tech Guru: leverage point-of-sale systems and other software to support operations and communication.
- 2+ years of supervisory or management experience (food service or retail experience preferred).
- High school diploma required; associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to resolve issues and leave customers satisfied.
- Ability to juggle multiple tasks and priorities; strong communication with employees, customers, vendors, and management.
- Experience in inventory management, financial analysis, sales, and marketing.
