Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM

Position Type: Full-Time | Onsite

Salary: $55,000-$71,000 annually

A well-established industrial supply company serving the petrochemical, refining, industrial, and OEM markets is seeking an experienced Inside Sales Representative to join its team in Deer Park, Texas.

This position is ideal for a motivated, customer-focused sales professional who has experience working with gaskets, seals, hoses, or similar industrial products and understands the needs of customers within industrial and petrochemical environments.

The Inside Sales Representative will develop and strengthen relationships with both new and existing customers, prepare quotes, manage customer requests, coordinate orders, and support the outside sales team.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
• Communicate with customers by phone, email, and other channels to provide responsive, professional service.
• Identify current customer needs and uncover opportunities for additional business.
• Prepare accurate quotes, including pricing, product specifications, and configurations.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure accurate order entry, order management, and shipment coordination.
• Maintain accurate customer and sales activity information within the CRM system.
• Assist the outside sales team with customer research, lead generation, and outbound calling.
• Serve as a liaison between customers and internal departments to resolve questions and ensure timely service.
• Maintain strong follow-up throughout the sales and order process.

• Minimum of 1 year of inside sales experience within an industrial environment
  , preferably supporting petrochemical, refining, manufacturing, or similar customers.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience or product knowledge involving gaskets, seals, hoses, or related industrial products
  .
• Strong customer-service and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to read and understand technical drawings and product specifications.
• Comfortable working with measurements, fractions, decimals, ratios, and percentages.
• Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office, spreadsheets, internet research, and CRM systems.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Self-motivated, dependable, and team-oriented.

This position is primarily office-based but may occasionally require time in a warehouse or industrial environment. Occasional travel may be required for company events, customer activities, or industry conferences.
