Position Responsibilities

Construction laborers participate in all building phases, including handling tools, sawing, nailing, operating equipment, and installing/removing materials at heights with fall protection. The role requires alertness, good balance, and physical strength, including lifting up to 75 pounds, stooping, carrying, and bending. Work is outdoors in all weather conditions.

Minimum Qualifications

• Frequently lift, carry, push, and pull up to 75 pounds.
• Regularly walk, stoop, kneel, reach, and climb.
• Use hand tools, power tools, saws, hammers, nails, and bolts.
• TWIC card required.

Preferred Experience

Minimum of 6 months construction labor experience with performance expectations met or exceeded.
