• Assist in Hydro Excavation Operations:
  Support the operator using high‑pressure water and vacuum systems to expose underground utilities safely.
• Set Up and Secure Job Sites:
  Prepare work areas, set up safety barriers, and ensure all necessary equipment is in place.
• Support Equipment Maintenance:
  Perform routine cleaning and inspections of equipment to ensure proper functioning.
• Comply with Safety Regulations:
  Follow all company and site‑specific safety regulations, including PPE usage, and attend regular safety meetings.
• Handle Materials Responsibly:
  Assist in the proper handling, collection, and disposal of debris in compliance with environmental standards.
• Work as a Team Player:
  Communicate effectively with the operator and crew to ensure smooth project execution.

• Proven experience in hydro excavation, construction, labor, or industrial work
• Physical ability to lift at least 50 lbs and work in various environments
• Strong commitment to safety and compliance with regulations
• Ability to pass criminal and MVR backgrounds as well as drug screen
• Must be willing to work overtime, nights, weekends, and travel or work out of town

• The position involves lifting (up to 50 – 75 pounds), pushing, pulling, and bending; the level of physical effort may vary from site to site.
• May be exposed to physical occupational risks (such as cuts, burns, exposure to toxic chemicals, etc.) occasionally.
• Work environment includes dirt, odors, noise, and weather extremes most of the workday.
• Normal setting for this job is outdoors and/or driving a vehicle.
• EOE
