Position: Maintenance Technician - FULL TIME
MAINTENANCE MECHANIC

Job description:

As an lndustriaI Maintenance Mechanic, you are responsible for the predictive and preventative maintenance processing equipment and associated support equipment.

SECOND AND THIRD SHIFT POSITIONS

Responsibitities:
. Maintain and repair production equipment and support equipment
. Coordinate work duties with Maintenance Manager and Production Manager
. Proper use and maintenance on tools.
. Responsible for daily record keeping, inctuding work orders, material requisitions, and activity reports.
. Responsibte for work being done in a proper and timety fashion.
. Written and verbat communication with plant management
. Maintain preventive maintenance on equipment and machinery within the ptant
. Assist with diagnosing problems, dismantte defective machines and equipment, and install new or repaired parts
. Provide technical, customer retations, and personneI management for programs and projects
. Visually inspect and test machinery to detect malfunctions
. Assist wlth identifying foreign materiats
. Ensure safety by fottowing att company poticies inctuding safety rules, procedures and Lock-out / Tag-out procedures, Good Manufacturing Practices, SQF, HACCP, personal safety standards, food safety standards as wetl as OSHA standards.
. Other duties as assigned by management.

Requirements:
. Provide your own tools.
. EtectricaI experience, low vottage up to 480

VAC.
. Mechanic at,pneumatic experience.
. Read/comprehend manua[s and parts schematics.. Ability to lift 50 tbs.
. Ctimb ladders.
. Work weekends

. Bilingual:
English/Spanish
. Welding and fabrication
