We are seeking a skilled and dependable professional to join our team and help deliver high-quality craftsmanship across a variety of construction and renovation projects. The ideal candidate takes pride in precision, safety, and attention to detail, and enjoys working in a collaborative environment where quality work matters.
Responsibilities- Measure, cut, shape, and assemble materials according to project requirements and specifications
- Construct, install, repair, and maintain structures and fixtures made from wood and other materials
- Interpret blueprints, drawings, and technical instructions to complete work accurately
- Operate hand tools, power tools, and equipment safely and effectively
- Ensure work meets quality standards, building codes, and safety regulations
- Collaborate with team members, supervisors, and other trades to complete projects on time
- Inspect completed work and make adjustments or repairs as needed
- Maintain a clean and organized work area and properly care for tools and materials
- Proven experience in carpentry, construction, or a related trade
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, measurements, and technical documents
- Strong knowledge of carpentry tools, materials, and safe work practices
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Physical ability to lift, carry, and perform tasks in various work environments
- Dependable, punctual, and able to manage time effectively
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Experience with framing, finish carpentry, cabinetry, or remodeling work
- Familiarity with general construction methods and site safety procedures
- Basic math skills for accurate measurements and material calculations
- Ability to troubleshoot issues and find practical solutions on the job
