• Conduct personalized fitness assessments and consultations
• Design and deliver goal‑based training programs for individual clients
• Drive PT sales through onboarding engagement and upselling
• Coach clients on proper form, safety, and accountability
• Track sessions, manage scheduling, and follow up with clients regularly
• Collaborate with the Fitness Director and front desk team to support club success

• Active personal training certification from a nationally recognized organization
• Experience training clients in a fitness club or private setting
• Strong communication and coaching skills
• Sales mindset with the ability to promote training and add‑on programs
• CPR or AED certification or willingness to obtain
