* Preparing documents that are needed to accompany the driver/customer for DOT purposes
* Shipping orders in the data entry system
* Entering production receipts into inventory
* Printing new pick tickets out to be dispersed to the pickers & dispersing them to the correct person
* Getting rate quotes from LTL carriers & calling LTL carriers in to come pick up orders
* Interacting with drivers & customers when they arrive to pick up an order & directing them#

Qualifications:

* Clerical experience necessary
