Logistics Coordinator

Meador an Openwork Company is currently engaged in a search to find a detailed oriented Logistics Coordinator in Pasadena, TX. In this supply chain–focused role, you will be responsible for shipping, receiving, documentation, and communication with carriers, customers, and internal departments. • Process all incoming and outgoing shipments
• Create Bills of Lading
• Enter shipping and receiving paperwork into the inventory system
• Assist with verification of incoming shipments
• Print labels and paperwork as needed
• Maintain accurate electronic and paper records
• Handle inbound/outbound calls regarding deliveries and pickups
• Update shipment information in databases and customer systems
• Provide customer support related to shipments and pickups
• Coordinate returns with Accounting and Quality
• Scale incoming and outgoing trucks
• Perform additional duties as assigned

• 2+ years of experience in Logistics, Manufacturing, or Shipping & Receiving
• 2+ years of experience creating Bills of Lading
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Proficient with Word, Excel, Outlook, and general computer usage
• Experience with order entry or database systems preferred
• Full-time, desk-based role
