We are looking for an Assistant Warehouse Manager who is dependable, proactive, and comfortable leading from the floor. This role is highly hands‑on and ideal for someone who enjoys working alongside the team to keep operations accurate, efficient, and running smoothly. You will support daily warehouse activities, promote a positive team environment, and help maintain high standards for productivity and safety.

• Assist the Warehouse Manager in overseeing day‑to‑day warehouse operations with a focus on accuracy, efficiency, and compliance.
• Supervise and support workflows for receiving, picking, packing, and shipping to meet operational deadlines.
• Train, coach, and motivate team members to maintain strong performance and teamwork.
• Maintain organized inventory, ensuring accurate documentation and system updates in warehouse management tools.
• Identify and resolve operational challenges quickly, applying practical and effective solutions.
• Work closely with logistics and internal teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.
• Uphold safety standards, enforce procedures, and contribute to ongoing process improvements.
• Step into operational tasks when needed, including loading/unloading, labeling, staging, palletizing, and general warehouse duties.

• 5+ years of experience in warehouse supervision or management.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish.
• Strong leadership skills with a collaborative, hands‑on approach.
• Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks and perform effectively in fast‑paced environments.
• Proficient with inventory management tools and standard warehouse equipment.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physically active work.
• Dependable, flexible, and proactive in resolving operational needs.

• Experience in consumer goods, distribution, or logistics environments.
• Knowledge of ERP or Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
• OSHA certification or forklift certification is a plus.
