Major responsibilities will include:

• • Primary backup for Production Coordinator responsibilities;
  • Closing and filing all open Batch Sheets in SAP, scanning batch sheets into the system;
  • Copy and scan all daily freight orders and forward to Accounts Payable Coordinator for processing;
  • Assist with any freight deliveries or pickups when necessary;
  • Processes paperwork for incoming raw materials, supplies and return goods;
  • Responsible for inventory and organization of inventory;
  • Collect, send and track samples of finished materials;
  • Purchase office supplies, and other miscellaneous supplies as necessary;
  • Responsible for submitting environmental inventory to Supervisor, Environmental Manager and Safety Manager, weekly;
  • Picks up and processes orders;
  • Prepares goods for shipment;
  • Prepares labels and paperwork;
  • Operates a forklift;
  • Repackages finished goods;
  • Performs other duties as assigned

Skills/ Requirements

• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent
• One to threeyearsof related warehouse experience, preferably in amanufacturing environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel,Word, Outlook and Windows.
• SAP experience a major plus.
• Ability to work successfully in a team environment in close proximity to co-workers and other office personnel.
• Great organization, planning, customer service,and people skills.

Related Warehouse experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
