Warehouse Associate

Monday-Friday Pay: $20-22hr Job Type: Full-Time | Temp-to-Hire

We are currently seeking an experienced and dependable Warehouse Associate to join a fast-paced warehouse team. The ideal candidate will have previous warehouse experience and be comfortable with shipping and receiving, order picking and packing, inventory, stocking, and general warehouse operations. We're looking for someone who is hands-on, organized, reliable, and able to work efficiently while maintaining accuracy and safety.

• Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment
• Receive, inspect, and organize incoming inventory
• Verify quantities and products against packing slips and order documentation
• Stock and organize products in designated warehouse locations
• Assist with shipping, receiving, and order fulfillment
• Perform inventory counts and help maintain accurate inventory records
• Label, package, and prepare products for outgoing shipments
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment
• Follow established warehouse procedures and safety guidelines
• Work closely with team members to meet daily shipping and fulfillment deadlines
• Assist with other warehouse duties as assigned

• 1+ year of previous warehouse experience preferred
• Experience with shipping, receiving, picking, packing, inventory, or order fulfillment
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Dependable with a strong work ethic and positive attitude
• Comfortable working on your feet throughout the shift
• Ability to lift and move warehouse materials as required
• Basic computer and inventory system experience is a plus
• Must be a team player and willing to assist in different areas of the warehouse

We're looking for someone who takes pride in their work, shows up consistently, and enjoys being part of a team. Previous hands-on warehouse experience is highly preferred, especially candidates with a background in order fulfillment, shipping and receiving, inventory, or distribution.
