GENERAL FUNCTIONSupports purchasing and materials staff through performance of general clerical duties. Maintains office files and records.
TYPICAL DUTIES- Supports onboarding of suppliers through the AVL process.
- Maintains files and database regarding records of suppliers and supplier capabilities.
- Provides general office services as assigned.
- Working knowledge of office procedures and functions.
- Working knowledge of computer applications.
- Ability to operate common office equipment.
High school diploma, GED and 2 years experience as a purchasing clerk.
