SAIC is seeking a Senior Systems Integrator for the shipboard Command, Control, Communications, Computers, Cyber, Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance (C5
ISR) major systems. This program will be part of a transformative venture, driving the future of next generation afloat mission effectiveness in response to evolving strategic and environmental demands.
This position is contingent upon award news, expected early 2026.
Duties- Perform Systems Integration support for stage 4 and 5 test procedures development and test execution project for C5
ISR systems - Plan and delivery of high-quality Systems Integration deliverables including contract CDRLS in support of program requirements
- Develop, update, and maintain project Systems integration documents including stage 4 and 5 test procedures, ICDs, Block Diagrams, schematics, technical and operational manuals for C5
ISR systems - Communicate to assigned Project Manager all key project systems integration plans, and engineering changes including requirements, C5
ISR systems configurations and status, schedule, and scope changes - Assess engineering change proposals and document risks and impacts to project milestones and deliverables
- Support the proactive identification and mitigation of risks
- Works with the multidisciplinary technical team to ensure successful shipboard industrial test procedures development and testing
- Bachelors and nine (9) years or more relevant experience with one or more C5
ISR systems: radio communication racks, Interior Communications (Alarm/Safety/Warning), shipboard CGOne/ Unclass/SIPRNET LANs, Surface Search Radar, Navigation Distribution system, Integrated Bridge System; additional four (4) years of experience in lieu of degree
- Must have an active Secret clearance on first day of employment
- Cybersecurity Workforce Level II cert i.e. Security+ CE, CCNA-Security, GICSP, GSEC, or SSCP and a Vendor operating system certification: i.e. Microsoft, Cisco, Red Hat, or Linux
- Or must be willing to obtain/pass certifications within 180 days of hire
- Prior experience providing support for a shipyard environment project
- Familiar with C4

ISR Interface Control Documents, Block diagrams, schematics, and Functional Interface Drawings - Experience with MIL-STD-2106 Development of Shipboard Industrial Test procedures
- Experience with Risk Management Framework process to attain Authority To Operate
