SAIC is seeking a Systems Integration Analyst for the shipboard Command, Control, Communications, Computers, Cyber, Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance (C5
ISR) major systems. This program will be part of a transformative venture, driving the future of next generation afloat mission effectiveness in response to evolving strategic and environmental demands.
This position is contingent upon award news, expected early 2026.
Job DutiesPerform Systems Integration support for stage 4 and 5 test procedures development and test execution project for C5
ISR systems
- Develop, update, report and maintain complex project data sets including stage 4 and 5 test procedures and test results for C5
ISR systems
Propose solutions to a variety of technical problems of moderate scope and complexity where analysis of situations or data requires a review of the variety of factors
- Utilize Risk Management Framework processes, or equivalent, to attain C5
ISR systems authority to operate - Assess engineering change proposals and document risks and impacts to project milestones and deliverables

- Bachelors and two (2) years or more relevant experience with one or more C5
ISR systems: radio communication racks, Interior Communications(Alarm/Safety/Warning), shipboard CGOne/Unclass/SIPRNET LANs, Surface Search Radar, Navigation Distribution system, Integrated Bridge System; additional four (4) years of experience in lieu of degree - Prior experience providing support for a shipyard environment project
- Must have an active secret clearance on first day of employment
- Familiar with cybersecurity requirements and controls for shipboard systems
- Experience with MIL-STD-2106 Development of Shipboard Industrial Test procedures
- Demonstrates familiarity and understanding of all subject areas in Certification and Accreditation (C&A)
- Knowledge of and experience with evaluating hardware/software functional requirements
- Systems Administration of NIPRNET and SIPRNET
- Cybersecurity Workforce Level II cert i.e. Security+ CE, CCNA-Security, GICSP, GSEC, or SSCP and a Vendor operating system certification: i.e. Microsoft, Cisco, Red Hat, or Linux
- Or must be willing to obtain/pass certifications within 180 days of hire

- Extremely High Frequency (EHF) Communications
- NIPRNET, SIPRNET, SI LAN
