Join us as a Systems Administrator 3 and support the largest manufacturer of naval ships in Mississippi. This full‑time position reports to the Infrastructure Manager and focuses on network administration and vendor management.

• Report to the Infrastructure Manager and manage day‑to‑day network administration.
• Oversee the management and governance of third‑party infrastructure providers.
• Ensure performance across the networking tower—including routers, switches, firewalls, circuits, load balancers, and telephony.
• Serve as the operational interface between internal stakeholders and external vendors, driving service excellence, compliance, and strategic alignment.
• Support contractual relationship management, including SLA compliance, escalation protocols, and performance reviews.
• Align infrastructure operations with strategic roadmaps.
• Monitor and report on service uptime, incident response, and remediation processes.
• Ensure infrastructure support meets enterprise needs for availability, scalability, and resilience.
• Drive risk mitigation initiatives and support disaster recovery planning and testing.

• 6 years of experience with a bachelor’s degree; 4 years of relevant professional experience with a master’s degree.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Attention to detailed documentation.
• Adherence to timelines is a must.
• Experience with stakeholder (internal and external) communication.
• Proven experience in IT operations, vendor management, or infrastructure governance.
• Exceptional communication and negotiation skills across technical and executive audiences.
