This position reports to the Infrastructure Manager and is responsible for network administration, overseeing the day‑to‑day management and governance of third‑party infrastructure providers, and ensuring performance across the networking tower. The networking tower includes oversight of the hardware and software for routers, switches, firewalls, circuits, load balancers, telephony, etc. The role serves as the operational interface between internal stakeholders and external vendors, driving service excellence, compliance, and strategic alignment to business goals.

• Support managing contractual relationships, including SLA compliance, escalation protocols, and performance reviews.
• Support alignment with strategic roadmaps.
• Monitor and report on service uptime, incident response, and remediation processes.
• Ensure infrastructure support aligns with enterprise needs in availability, scalability, and resilience.
• Drive risk mitigation initiatives and support disaster recovery planning and testing.

• 6 years of experience with a Bachelor’s Degree in a related field.
• 4 years of relevant professional experience with a Master’s Degree.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Attention to detailed documentation.
• Adherence to timelines.
• Experience with stakeholder (internal and external) communication.
• Proven experience in IT operations, vendor management, or infrastructure governance.
• Exceptional communication and negotiation skills across technical and executive audiences.
