Cl End User Support

Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated CL End User Support professional to provide essential technical assistance to end users within our organization. This role is vital in ensuring smooth daily operations by resolving hardware, software, and network issues promptly. The ideal candidate will possess strong problem-solving skills and a customer-focused approach to support our internal teams effectively.

Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support to end users for hardware, software, and network-related issues.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems efficiently, ensuring minimal disruption to daily operations.
• Assist with the setup, configuration, and maintenance of computer systems and peripherals.
• Document support requests and resolutions accurately in the ticketing system.
• Collaborate with IT team members to elevate and resolve complex technical issues.
• Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of organizational systems, tools, and procedures.
• Support end users remotely or on-site as needed, ensuring high-quality service delivery.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of support processes and documentation.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in end user support or a similar technical support role.
• Strong knowledge of computer hardware, software applications, and network troubleshooting.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to assist non-technical users effectively.
• Ability to work independently and prioritize multiple support requests.
• High school diploma or GED required; technical degree or certifications are a plus.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% as required.
• Relevant technical certifications are preferred but not mandatory.
