Position: Full‑time Security Shift Supervisor

Location: Pascagoula, MS (All shifts and days available)

Pay: $25/hr, paid weekly

Start Date: January 5, 2026

• Direct, coordinate, and supervise site security officers.
• Conduct foot patrols, stand, and walk for extended periods.
• Train subordinates on procedural guidelines, company policies, and operational & site‑specific forms.
• Enforce consistency in policy and procedure implementation.
• Foster superior customer relations/service to ensure client retention and satisfaction.
• Manage account and officer inspections to assure compliance and meet/exceed commitments.
• Perform duties as specified by Post Orders and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).

• 2+ years of experience in a supervisory or customer service role.
• 3+ years of security, law enforcement, and/or military experience preferred.
• 3+ years of customer service experience.
• Secret Security Clearance required.
• Ability to walk, stand, and perform foot patrols for extended periods.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.

High school diploma or equivalent.
