Talon Maritime Electric is hiring experienced 1st Class Marine Electricians for agovernment shipbuilding project in Pascagoula, Mississippi. If you have strong shipyard experience, proven marine electrical termination skills, and the ability to deliver quality work while following strict safety standards, we want to hear from you!

Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of shipyard marine electrical experience.
- Previous marine electrical termination experience is required.
- Strong understanding of marine electrical systems, layouts, and installation practices.
- Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings and schematics.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Effective English communication skills, both verbally and in writing, to understand and communicate safety requirements, coordinate work, and complete required documentation and client communications.
- A detailed, updated resume outlining relevant shipyard experience and electrical skills.
- Must successfully complete an in-office skills test and interview.
Responsibilities:
- Read, interpret, and work from marine electrical drawings, blueprints, and schematics.
- Install, pull, route, terminate, and troubleshoot marine electrical cables and systems.
- Perform electrical termination work on shipboard equipment and components.
- Install and work with electrical panels, lighting systems, receptacles, and related equipment.
- Identify and resolve electrical issues while maintaining quality workmanship.
- Follow shipyard safety procedures, electrical standards, and project specifications.
- Work independently and collaborate with other trades and team members to meet project deadlines.
