Are you a process-driven professional who thrives on juggling priorities, meeting deadlines, and making things happen? Do you excel at both administrative precision and field coordination? If so, we invite you to become a Rental Project Coordinator (RPC) at our Pasco branch.
In this in-office role, you will manage the daily flow of information and execution for modular building rental projects. From lease activation to final pickup, you will be the go-to person ensuring that no detail is missed, customers are kept informed, and internal systems remain compliant and current.

Pay Range: $25.11 - $28.32
What You Will Do In Your First 90 Days, You Will:- Be trained on Pacific Mobile’s rental lifecycle processes, including on-rent, off-rent, PO management, and budget tracking.
- Partner with Sales and Accounting to move projects forward smoothly and on time.
- Coordinate building deliveries, returns, and relocations in alignment with customer schedules and compliance requirements.
- Begin mastering our internal systems, including job costing, Rental Project tracking, vendor billing, and lease documentation.
- Track and support budget compliance for each Rental Project, working closely with leadership to flag overages or inefficiencies.
- Maintain detailed records in company databases for all subcontractors, vendors, and customers.
- Identify and implement process improvements to reduce delays and ensure compliance with KPIs.
- Build strong, reliable vendor relationships to support timely deliveries, dismantles, and relocations.
- Participate in performance reviews and process audits to continuously improve service quality and efficiency.
- Work closely with our Construction Services Project Management team, learning the fundamentals of construction project management.
- Advanced organization and multitasking skills; able to manage multiple timelines and stakeholders simultaneously.
- Solid understanding of administrative processes related to project coordination, invoicing, and order management.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Outlook and Teams.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills; clear, concise, and professional across teams and with customers.
