Project Coordinator – Gray Mar Environmental Services, LLC
Base pay range: $25.00/hr – $35.00/hr compensation will be based on skills and experience.

Position Overview / DescriptionThe Project Coordinator will oversee and coordinate field work assignments, scheduling workers, equipment, and waste disposals, and ensuring project timelines are met efficiently.
Duties / Responsibilities- Lead and direct field teams, embodying Gray Mar values.
- Ensure all employees are trained in safe work practices.
- Co‑coach, train, and motivate employees, providing ongoing feedback and performance goal setting.
- Manage equipment scheduling, maintain equipment records, and ensure equipment is functional and ready.
- Coordinate schedules with staff and manage project timelines.
- Ensure timely and efficient scheduling of waste disposals.
- Work closely with management to implement best practices.
- Act as liaison between the Administrator and other groups to streamline processes.
- Create dashboards and provide metrics to management to identify challenges and track improvements.
- Assist with other administrative activities and additional duties as assigned.
- Excellent written and oral communication.
- Strong problem‑solving and organizational skills.
- Attention to detail and priority setting.
- Excellent time management and deadline adherence.
- Proficiency with Excel, Word, SharePoint, email, Adobe, and other common programs.
- Outstanding customer service orientation.
- Team player with a positive attitude.
- Comfortable with prolonged computer desk work.
- High school diploma or GED required.
- At least 2 years of Environmental Project Coordinator experience preferred.
- Team lead experience required.
- OSHA 40‑hour HAZWOPER certification preferred.
