The position of Assistant Project Manager is responsible for providing a high level of coordination support in a variety of areas, partnering with construction project management and field staff.
PM including planning and coordinating, circumventing/resolving problem areas, ensuring all company/project policies, procedures and standards are maintained, etc.

- Electrical license,preferred
- Estimatingandprojectmanagementskills,preferred
- Basicknowledgeofelectricalinstallations,codesandconstructionmethods
- Familiarwithreadingblueprintsforstructuredcabling,building controls,firealarm, security, access control
- Proficiencyatanintermediatelevelwithcomputerskills - Excel, Word, and related PC skills
- Driver’slicense,cleandrivingrecordrequired
- Strongmathandorganizationalskills
- Excellent people andcommunicationskills
- Haveahighdegreeofaccuracyandattentiontodetailwiththeabilitytomultitask
- Abilitytoprioritizeandorganizework
Salaryrangeforthispositionis $80,000-$125,000annually.
Opportunityforadiscretionaryyear-endbonus.
